FAQ
In order to participate, you have to pass the entrepreneurial skills test, post the project info on three different social networks, have a bank account to receive the grant, create jobs, and provide infrastructure for the project implementation.
The application acceptance is in two stages. The first one starts on 1 September and runs for 90 days. The second one is from 1 March to 1 June.
In order to participate you have to submit a business plan in PDF, a financial plan in EXCEL, and a 3-minute video presentation of your project.
Each entrepreneur may participate in the grant contest within one application period and with only one project.
The grant program covers Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and other CIS countries.
Projects are selected based on innovative ideas in areas specified.

Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy
This privacy and personal data processing policy governs the processing and use of personal and other data from the BUSINESS INCUBATOR LLC site pertaining to certification of products and services (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). The current version of this Privacy Policy is constantly available for review and is posted on the Internet at: http://grantsofworld.com
By transferring personal and other data to the Operator through the Site, the User confirms their consent to the use of such data under the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, they shall stop using the Site.
If the User starts using the Site, they unconditionally accept this Privacy Policy.
1. TERMS
1.1. Site: a website on the Internet at http://grantsofworld.com
All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the Operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.2. User: a person using the Site.
1.3. Legislation: current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.4. Personal data: User’s personal data which the User provides during registration or when using the Site functionality.
1.5. Data: other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal Data).
1.6. Registration: Site registration form filling out by the User through entry of required information and sending scanned documents.
1.7. Registration form: a Site form to be filled out by the User for him/her to be able to use the Site in full.
1.8. Service(s): services provided by the Operator based upon an agreement.
2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
2.1. The Operator collects and stores only the Personal Data required for provision of Services by the Operator and interaction with the User.
2.2. Personal data may be used for the following:
2.2.1 provision of Services to the User;
2.2.2 identification of the User;
2.2.3 interaction with the User;
2.2.4 sending promotional materials, information and requests to the User;
2.2.5 conducting statistical and other research;
2.3. The Operator processes the following data:
2.3.1 last name, first name, and patronymic;
2.3.2 e-mail address;
2.3.3 phone number (including mobile).
2.4. The User is prohibited from entering third parties’ personal data on the Site (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons with documentary confirmation of the third parties’ consent to such actions to be available).
3. PROCESSING PROCEDURE FOR PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Personal Data and internal documents of the Operator.
3.2. Confidentiality of Personal Data and other User Data is maintained unless the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. The Operator has the right to save an archived copy of Personal Data. The Operator has the right to store Personal Data and Data on servers outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the User’s consent to the following parties:
3.4.1 state bodies including investigation agencies and authorities and local government bodies upon their substantiated request;
3.4.2 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in item 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
3.5.1 the User expressed their consent to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is required due to the use of the Site by the User or provision of Services to the User;
3.6. The Operator performs automated processing of Personal Data and Data.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
4.1. The Operator ensures proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.
4.2. The protection measures taken also make it possible to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with current legislation valid at the place of registration of the Operator. Before going to court, the User shall follow the mandatory procedure and send a claim to the Operator in writing. The time to responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
5.3. If for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
5.4. The Operator has the right to amend the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time and without prior agreement with the User. Amendments become effective from the moment they are posted on the Site.

In case of participation of a person who has not reached the age of majority, it is necessary to provide a letter from one parent consenting to participation, a copy of the parent's identity document.
